Caramel bread loaf




Ingredients:
1 1/2 All purpose flour
5 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
21 pieces Kraft caramel squares

Procedure:
Pre heat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
Add vanilla extract, milk, oil and eggs. Stir well.
Pour in a greased loaf or square small pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Drop caramel squares in the middle of the cake. Divide candies as you wish. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and glaze with caramel. (Melt caramel pieces into 1/3 cup of milk in a pan in medium heat. Mix well until thick.)
Drizzle on top of the cake.
