Easy Buttercream Frosting Recipe

Here's an easy cake or cupcake frosting easy quick fix. And yes just 3 simple ingredients to this yummy buttercream frosting:

Ingredients:

• 8 oz white chocolate baking squares
• 2 tbsp butter ( softened)
• 2/3 cup whipping cream

Procedure:

1. In a small bowl, combine butter and white chocolate.
2. In a medium sauce pan, bring the whipping cream to a boil and then pour the butter mixture. Stir until smooth. Let stand until cool.
3. Beat the cooled mixture until fluffy.
4. Place in a piping bag for cupcake or apply using a spatula.
