Lemons are a great source of plenty of vitamins ( Calcium, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium, minerals and anti-oxidants.) BUT, remember that lemon juice should not be left on the skin for a long period of time as it causes severe damage when exposed to the sun.

- Sliced Lemon + Drops of Honey = Heals Pimples and removes gross Blackheads.
- Lightens blemishes
- Baking soda + Lemon juice = Teeth whitener
- Toner- Dab some lemon juice in a cotton ball and apply to face. Great for oily skin types.
- Lemon juice + Hair conditioner = Hair color booster
- Olive oil + Lemon juice = Nail strengthener
- Coconut oil + Olive oil + Honey + Lemon juice = Relieves Dandruff and dry scalp
- Lip balm _ Just slice open a lemon and Rub into lips overnight. Don't forget to wash the day after!
- Lemon juice + Yogurt + Oil of choice (like chamomile, lavender, etc.) = Body wash

Lemon Water:
Slice Lemon in half.
Squeeze and remove seeds.
Pour into a glass of water ( I prefer 80% lemon and 20% water)
Drink and enjoy!
