Ingredients:
3 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cup unsalted nuts
2 1/2 cups raisins
2 8 oz can condensed milk
Procedure:
Pre heat oven to 250 F
combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Put the mixture in a baking dish with a parchment paper and press them firmly and evenly.
Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for about 15-20 minutes and slice into desired size.
