Super Moist Chocolate Muffins


Makes 1 Dozen

Ingredients:


2 cups All purpose flour

1 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Procedure:


Pre heat oven to 400 F.

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients; flour, sugar, 1 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Pour into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Fill greased or liner cups up to the brim, so as to produce a big muffin look afterwards.
Bake for 20 minutes.
