Quick and Easy Recipe #1: Chicken Pot Pies



Serves 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken breast (chopped)
  • 1 8 oz can mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg

Procedure:

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 F
  2. Combine soup, chicken and vegetables in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour into a round non stick pan.
  4. Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg and pour to chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
