Guilt free Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups All whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed bananas
Procedure:
Pre heat oven at 400 F
In a medium bowl, combine, flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large separate bowl, whisk egg whites, apple sauce, vanilla and bananas.
Transfer dry ingredients to large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Fill greased muffin pans to brim.
Bake for 20 minutes.
