Easy Meatballs


Running out of choices for your kids lunch? 
Or for yours to bring at work? Here's a very
 quick and easy recipe for meatballs. So
 simple you can prepare this the night before and 
pop it in the oven the next day.

Pre heat oven to 400 F
Cook for 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Procedure.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Use a tablespoon to measure, and shape  into 1 .5 inch balls.
  3. Place in a pan ( Don't grease it as the beef already produces oil by itself.)
  4. Serve warm in a plate, you can add your own special gravy if desired.
