A Guide to PALEO DIET

Searching through Pinterest and trying to find ways to eat healthy, I always come across "Paleo diet". It seems to be so very popular. So I made a research and how does it benefit someone who would want to loose weight or just eat healthy.

According to Wikipedia: Paleo diet is "The modern dietary regimen known as the Paleolithic diet, also popularly referred as the "Caveman diet", Stone age diet and hunter gatherer diet, is a nutritional plan based on the presumed ancient diet of wild plants and animals. (Paleo diet)

So this means, anything we could hunt! Like fish, meats, green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Meaning NO PROCESSED FOODS involved! No more taking the easy route of microwavable dishes. Anything that came from the hands of man is not allowed, like dairy, rice which is polished, starches and of course alcohol! Avoid foods that are processed and refined.
Sounds really simple to me, compared to any other diet plans that you need to keep track of your calorie intake per meal which is a big pain in the ass and would make you stubborn later on. Isn't this plan awesome as you can eat whatever you want on the list for as long as you are hungry. At the same time you will lose weight and gain the strength that you need. Everyone can be in the best shape of their lives as long as you have DISCIPLINE. Some people would always say "they tried, but it didn't work" is not really determined. For me it is not really "trying" to do it. As soon as you decided that you want something to happen, you need to take action right at that very moment to succeed.
