Gluten-Free Pancakes




Ingredients:
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup almonds (raw)
1 banana (the riper the better)

Procedure:
Mash banana in a separate bowl and combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Scoop 1/4 cup of batter and pour in a low heat greased pan.
Flip until a little brown on each side.
