Grab and Go Healthy Breakfast Snack



I used fresh Blueberries  on this one. So good!

Ingredients:
3 Large ripe Bananas
1 cup whole milk ( I tried Silk, came out great too!)
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup blueberries ( or your preferred toppings, strawberries, almonds or chocolate chip)

Procedure:
Pre heat oven at 375 F
Mash bananas.
Mix all ingredients well. Top with blueberries.
Pour in a greased muffin pan or in a cupcake liner. Fill 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 minutes
