Quick and Easy Recipe #4: Easy Beef Chimichangas



Serves 5

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups coleslaw mix
1 cup tomato sauce
2 stalk green onions (chopped)
2 cups Mexican style cheese
Flour tortillas
1 cup ready made salsa in bottle
1 cup sour cream

Procedure:
Pre heat oven to 400 F
In a greased frying pan, sauté ground beef and season with chili powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, tomato sauce, and cheese.
Then add the meat and mix well.
Heat tortilla on stove top, 3 seconds each side, flip by using thongs.
Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll tightly.
Place tortillas in a greased pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
