Quick and Easy Recipe #3: Creamy Chicken Rice Soup


Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast (chopped)
1 8 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz can cream of asparagus soup
1 8 oz can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
2 cups steamed rice


Procedure:
Pre heat oven to 350 F
Combine cans of soup and milk in a large bowl.
Add rice and stir well.
Transfer mixture into a baking pan or dish and sprinkle chopped chicken on top.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
